AI is great when the use cares. But what Amazon developer cares? How could they? They’re all just trying not to get fired.

I dont understand why this meeting would be needed. If someone pushed broken code you fire them, it’s that simple. Doesn’t matter if they used ai or were just drunk and not following protocols. Fire or write them up and they won’t do it again.
