A lot of very different things. A degree in computer science basically just means you work with computers. I was a CompSci major in college with a specialization in Networking, which means I mostly dealt with stuff regarding networks: running cables, setting up subnets, getting Mac to play nicely with literally any other kind of OS on a network, setting up switches, making wall jacks for Ethernet, etc etc. Programmers are also CompSci majors (typically). I think game development still falls under it, broadly? I know it did when I was in college. It’s like asking “What do mathematicians do?” The answer is math, like how the compsci answer is “Computers”

Was going to say exactly this. OP’s only found the people who’re bad at it. The ones who can do it you’ll only catch if you’re watching inventory as they enter/leave.

I drew the line at “Ads in the start menu,” and fully switched when a game that I’ve played on and off for ~15 years started working on Linux. I’ve been using Linux for most of my life, but I uninstalled Windows for the last time about 4 years ago

For my mom, it’d take a necromancer, and a massive change in her personality. Probably to stop doing drugs. Not against drug use, but they made her… Not great to be around. For my dad fairly similar, sans necromancy. I’d need to know that he’s worked out his anger issues, probably via a lack of alcohol in his life. Still shocked his ex wife took him back.

If it was temporary? Probably. I’d take an afternoon off. Permanently, though, I’d have to say no.

I use org-roam (similar to Obsidian) to do that, the graph is neat for it! I only personally go to metamours, but I might pass an Obsidian vault around to see how deep that rabbit hole goes.
