    thank you for your input. 128 is indeed overkill, the only reason i go for it is just because…

    do you have other motherboard manufacturer recommendations? im trying to build small pc thing

        Strong disagree with gigabyte. They screwed me and other over with horrible quality products in the past and didn’t own up to the defects (like literal fire blasts). Be wary.

          To be fair that’s pretty much all the manufacturers. I’ve heard of issues with Gigabyte PSUs but I don’t remember issues with their motherboards specifically. MSI has done shady marketing in the past, Asus is still fucked with their RMA processes. You don’t have to dig very deep to find reasons to avoid all of them.
