      I’d argue you could’ve trusted them MORE before the Fairness Doctrine was murdered. Certainly still needed to apply skepticism and discernment though

        Red Scare politics would suggest they’ve always been untrustworthy. “Fairness” Doctrine only ever included two liberalized perspectives. Meet The Press wasn’t bringing on Michael Parenti and Murray Bookchin to debate David Duke and Ayn Rand.
