They will probably attack Venezuela, but that’s not a reason to call all the generals from around the world back to the US. There is almost NEVER any reason to pull them all back. In fact, you’re leaving yourself extremely vulnerable if you do.
How many wars has the US fought in? Many of them have been bigger than an attack on Venezuela would be. Pulling all the generals into one room has NEVER been done. Not once, even for World War 2.
