This is an extremely bad idea. Most of this people have guns at home. Just stay safe everyone.

guns don’t do a whole lot against molotov cocktails thrown at 3 in the morning, just saying. not advocating for violence, just pointing out that guns at home tend to cause more fatalities to their owners/family than they do save people from a home invasion.

Let’s think this out lol you think more people clean there guns/handle them more then people break in? And suggesting another weapon is definitely advocating violence. It’s like telling someone suicidal not to find the gun in the house. Your opinion is stupid and scary

          https://www.pewresearch.org/short-reads/2025/03/05/what-the-data-says-about-gun-deaths-in-the-us/

Though they tend to get less public attention than gun-related murders, suicides have long accounted for the majority of U.S. gun deaths. In 2023, 58% of all gun-related deaths in the U.S. were suicides (27,300), while 38% were murders (17,927). The remaining gun deaths that year involved law enforcement (604), were accidental (463) or had undetermined circumstances (434), according to CDC data.

If there were 17,927 gun-related murders, 463 accidental deaths, and 434 undetermined deaths, then the numbers speak for themselves. Guns don’t protect your home. Chances are whoever is breaking in just wants your fuckin TV. If they really intend you harm the numbers say they’re gonna have the advantage.

Notice how they don’t mention how many robbers are deterred from robbing a gun owners house. It’s almost like most gun owners don’t get robbed 🤔
