If recording a video and blowing a whistle gets you murdered by the military, armed resistance is going to be the only option left.

I honestly didn’t have to do that since I was in the military when I got my own firearms. Turners was easy for my brother in law who wasn’t in the military.

The FSC is pretty much common sense rules. Don’t point firearm at someone, watch your trigger finger, how to safely store your firearm.

Yep, standard stuff. I actually wanted to learn more about firearms from a mechanical perspective (electrical engineering student, but I always found firearms design fascinating). I’ve already done a lot of background research on how to diagnose things like jams and malfunctions, along with responsible precautions like trigger finger discipline and proper transport/carry positions (fun fact: VR shooters work surprisingly well as a no-risk environment to practice this stuff).

I guess I’m getting into more detail than I need to, but I’m really just looking for good organizations to learn and share in the hobby with others here in Cali without getting tangled with those red hat chucklefucks. At least I already bought my own earpro - industrial intern environments already gave me the excuse to get a Razor Slim headset XD

Yeah pretty much almost all ranges are controlled by red hats. The one that I’ve gone to in socal and hasn’t been swarmed with red hats would be in lytle creek. Been there a few times and it’s been quiet and RSO are chill AF. Raahauge shooting range owners are red hats and are proud of it which is why I stop going to them. The RSO were also really chill and friendly but I can’t accept giving money to red hats.
