In a Truth Social post on Thursday, Trump announced that he was revising a lawsuit against The New York Times to include the organization’s polling research, which currently shows him tanking on everything from the economy and immigration to his handling of the Jeffrey Epstein files.

    Presidents are generally immune from lawsuits because we don’t want them being distracted by them, yet this guy can sue whoever he wants?

    NYT times should countersue. Why not? We’ll see if they can use the ancient legal theory of “He started it!”

      I love this for him so much. Let the NYT countersue and force them to declare suing polls as part of his duties or pay up on a 1A fault.
