Pronounced (more or less) "Ikh’, ‘H’ has a guttural throaty sound to it. And agreement goes verb-subject. Klingon doesn’t use “to be”, it more or less treats any adjective or verb in that position as an infinitive.
Additionally, male/female are (mostly) indeterminate in Klingon; the pronoun “ghaH” can mean he or she. 'IH can mean handsome or beautiful depending on the subject.

Eh it’s not in the book so it could be approximated those ways
You dont really see “p’” followed by a consonant though, and Q has a specific sound associated with it that the other spellings dont imply.
