Daemon and Hugh were in the town when Ulf attacked; I would expect that Caraxes and Vermithor are chasing him riderless, on their own initiative as dragons. This leaves Daemon and Hugh to flee afoot or ahorse.
However it must be borne in mind that since Ormund held the civilians hostage while Daemon callously attacked anyway, Hugh is probably gonna be very receptive to Ulf’s “fuck both the Blacks AND the Greens” philosophy.
I wonder why they wrote Ormund as conferring knighthood with a different oath than we’ve heard in GOT and AKOTSK. Does this mean that the usual oath is a newer invention, and the one we hear Ormund recite is the original?

But really poor Helena. Her last words with Alicent a few episodes ago really had the vibe of last last words. Refusing to eat. There’s more to being alive then just being not dead. I didn’t think it would all happen so fast/this episode.
Timing-wise, I think it would have made more narrative sense for her death to happen at the start of the fourth season, because it will serve to trigger other events. But having read the book and knowing that this was coming, I knew it wouldn’t make much sense to force Phia Saban to hang around for another season when her story arc was more or less over. Now she’s free to commit to other jobs.
There are certain things I want to point out:
The smallfolk LOVED Helaena. Little Jaehaerys’s funeral showcased just how unreservedly obsessed with her they are, like England’s Princess Di.
And just like Princess Di, this death will be treated with suspicion by the smallfolk. Same day that Rhaenyra had the High Septon killed? Expect conspiracy theories.
What’s Alicent gonna think when she hears that while she was away, Helaena “fell mysteriously from the Red Keep”?
Not taking good care of Helaena is probably the biggest mistake Rhaenyra has made so far, and she’s already made some real doozies. That baby, if it had been a boy, would have been Aegon’s only son and heir. He has no dick anymore; he can have no more children. He would have done anything to ensure his only son’s safety. They would have been the perfect hostage. Now Rhaenyra won’t even have Alicent, whose only reason to return was Helaena. Little Jaehaera is all alone now and it remains to be seen whether Aegon cares as much about daughters as about sons.
EDIT: Oh, and let’s not forget that now Aegon is free to remarry, which he wouldn’t have been. Despite no longer having a dick, there’s no doubt that some noble house or another will be willing to marry a daughter to him, thus securing him more allies.
Winter Wolves went out like champs. He seemed so happy to die. Good for him.
Well, the whole point of the Winter Wolves was that the elders of the North seek to die (gloriously) when winter comes, so as to give their families fewer mouths to feed. As Roddy the Ruin retorted when Cole said that if there was a battle, men would die on both sides: “that’s why we’ve come!”.
But of course the hero of the episode, which is to say the man who fucked everything up and just wanted a pint, Ulf. It looks like he survives into next season. Maybe he just fucks off to nowhere and lives his best life. I don’t see him joining up with Aegon unless he just lucks into it.
Ulf wanted a castle. Now he’s got one. I don’t think he’s going anywhere. He’s got the third or fourth largest dragon in Westeros; Silverwing belonged to old Queen Alysanne, wife of Jaehaerys the Conciliator. He probably fears nothing but Vhagar and/or Vermithor, since Dreamfyre now no longer has a rider.

Nonsense. Changing canon is not an inherently good or bad thing. Sometimes it even needs to be done. It can be done well, like when TOS Klingons were overhauled and replaced with movie/TNG Klingons. And it can be done poorly, like when TNG Klingons were overhauled and replaced with Kelvin Klingons.
The SNW version of the Gorn is a vast improvement over TOS Gorn, and is a logical progression from the changes introduced by the ENT Gorn.
In theory, you’re right. In practice however, you know as well as I do that population control measures would target the poor disproportionately. So whether it intended to be or not, it would end up being eugenics.

All of the dragon dreams (specifically dragon dreams - not greensight, not woods witch prophecies, etc) we’ve seen in these shows, and most that we’ve heard tell of, have included references to Dany hatching her dragons, the Iron Throne in a ruined throne room, and/or the White Walker threat. In other words, references to GOT. And when I say “most that we’ve heard tell of”, the only two dragon dreams we’ve been told about that I can think of that DIDN’T include a reference to GOT were:
All this to say, I think HBO just likes using dragon dreams to tie everything back to GOT. Everything foreshadows GOT somehow.
Honestly I would interpret the visions as “these are the reasons why you’re not gonna get that chicken farm, Helaena”:

It’s not even about efficiency. I suspect that this is easier on her back, because she doesn’t have to keep pace with someone who doesn’t coordinate with her and who makes sudden, unexpected moves that cause her to wrench her back. As someone who has lifted a lot of heavy things in his life, I always find it easier and less painful to move something on my own whenever possible.
I think the number thirty is being blamed, not because your life is actually “over” when you turn thirty, but because that TENDS to be roughly the age most people start having kids, and having kids certainly DOES cause major changes in lifestyle.
You should get that taken care of. An occasional twinge now and then is normal, but constant pain? In your thirties? That ain’t standard. In your forties, I could believe - although it still wouldn’t be standard. But your back should still be in relatively good nick in your thirties, unless you lift heavy things for a living. In your thirties a backache should be nothing a good night’s sleep, a nice stretch, and a long leisurely walk can’t fix.
Unless… you DO lift with your knees, right? When you need to lift something? And keep your back straight and chin up while doing so? People don’t constantly say to do that just for shits and giggles - it’s universally good advice.

She’s not standing up in her seat though as she blocks our view of the seat and is therefore beside it (or in front of it from our perspective). If she’s walking beside the desks that implies she’s the teacher (or professor if she’s teaching adults an advanced subject).
Her eye-rolling in the first panel suggests that she’s fed up with whatever nonsense the man is saying. My guess is that he’s proving to be a poor student for whatever reason.
In the second panel I assume she’s invited him back to her place that evening for some “extra tutoring” and in the third panel he comes to realize (to his disappointment) that she wasn’t speaking euphemistically.
My guess is that the difficulty in translating the title is due to some obscure local idiom for “Jucika’s extra tutoring gig” or “Jucika’s evening class side-hustle”.
