Why? If you can make a planet out of gold you can make it however big you want.
Well I guess if you start with the gold first and don’t ever change the amount. It would have to be much smaller though because gold is so dense.

He didn’t make that money by manufacturing selfie sticks. He made that money by owning the factory where workers manufactured selfie sticks, and that planet full of gold represents money the workers earned, but didn’t get to keep.

Gold isn’t that rare if you have cheap space travel. Although planet sized is a decent chunk.
