I think it is just meant to be silly.
I can’t remember his name, but there was a guy who did comedy re-edits of TNG episodes. They’re purposely absurd and goofy. (Kind of like the Fensler Films GI Joe re-edits.)
You mean INTakes from Ryan’s Edits? He takes scenes any replaces parts with a blooper of that scene.
That channel did it for the entire franchise, not just TNG, but I assume TNG has the most bloopers available.
