      Eric Adams recently argued against Mamdani’s campaign by saying “New York cant be like Europe”. Hes basically free advertising for Mamdani.

      Im pretty sure a sizable number of people in New York wish it was more like Europe. That line of argument doesnt work on people who have actually traveled. It only works on conservative idiots that think bumfuck Alabama or Idaho are the legitimately the greatest places in the world, by sole virtue of being in the US

          I think they did. Maybe they don’t realize Cuomo’s an independent? Maybe they think it’s like the governor race in Minnesota where the Dems let the incumbent also run as a Dem when socialist Pateh Omar won…?
