I have one (Proton VPN) but that can’t be active at the same time as my Android App adblocker (Rethink DNS), which also works via a VPN
Mullvad has Adblock incorporated into their android app. Maybe that is something you can look into.
Or use their DNS? They have DNS that block ads.
