It’s going to make you snore as you get older and your upper back will hurt like the blazes.
I used to sleep in the #2 position, with my arms under my head. I’d wake up often with both arms completely asleep and I’d be unable to control them. Several times I tore my shoulder muscles trying to turn myself over while my arms were asleep. Then I got a CPAP and started sleeping in #16 position (like #15, but with arms on my belly/chest) and my back pain and shoulder pain has completely gone away, and with the CPAP I don’t snore.
So are you hot, or how did that work out?
