    You misunderstood or misinterpreted my point.

    $100k today will not get you in the door of any house. You probably couldn’t even buy a burnt down lot in California. But you could pay rent for a while. $100k might get you 5 to 10 years of rent money. You could buy a van and you could make that your home.

    $100k is spitting on your face.
