Mine are Señorita and Universe in a Crayon respectively.
Edit: Actually Smells Like Teen Spirit has more views than Señorita.
MF: Everlong - Foo Fighters
LF: True Love Will Find You in the End - Daniel Johnston
Most famous?
Beyonce - Break My Soul:
Least famous?
Chris Smither - Place in Line / Leave the Light On (I waffle)
Stairway to Heaven - Led Zeppelin
The Forgotten pt. 2 - Joe Satriani
I’m guessing that the compilation of old Cambodian garage rock easily qualifies as ‘least famous’. The first song ‘Jeas Cyclo’ is the one I remember best from there, of course. Of note is that I’m not Cambodian and don’t speak the language.
As for most famous, too much nineties’ europop music is guilty and nostalgic pleasure of mine to choose one song.
I also post somewhat obscure music in !music@lemmy.world — though I haven’t gotten to really shady stuff yet. My favorite little-known modern band is Mamaleek.
Popular: Strobe by Deadmau5. I personally like Let Go more from him, but it’s not as well-known.
Unpopular: Rodeo by The Party. This one is a wildly deep cut. My actual favorite song is more popular, but this is my favorite, most-hidden gem.

Most famous depends on criteria, but the top selling single of all time is apparently White Christmas by Bing Crosby, and that’s a song I like.
Least famous is more difficult. Probably something by Auralnauts or Niel Cicierega or Acapella Science, etc.
Most Famous: Bridge Over Troubled Water by Simon and Garfunkel
Least Famous: The Gates by DaVinci’s Notebook
I know of more famous and less famous songs, but I went with ones that are personal favorites.
Most famous: Probably any of the Foo Fighters or Taylor Swift or The Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Least famous: Los Angeles or Vaping on the Job by Dougie Poole. Amazing artist but definitely unknown.
Famous: Man it’s hard to pick out a single favorite because there are so many I love, but if I’m being asked to pick one, I’d go with Knights of Cydonia by Muse. Sometimes I use it as a warm-up song when I’m practicing.
Least famous: Nouela Johnston had a group years ago called People Eating People. They have one album, and on it is a slow, bluesy song called Let’s Rage. I’m not sure why I love this song so much but I just do. I’d like to do a cover of it some day.
Bohemian Rhapsody and Centurions of Rome by the Meatmen
“Angry Man” by Blacksmith Union has less than 1000 streams on Spotify, so I guess that one.
“Every Breath You Take” by the Police has 3.2 billion views, which edges out Bohemian Rhapsody
Probably Bad Romance by Lady Gaga and Clinic for Dolls by Unsun, respectively
I think most famous is bohemian rhapody, less famous: little girl blue by Janis Joplin (she is famous, but I never hear this song). Least famous: kantklossen by de klojos.
I have no idea how to measure fame, but here are the two that I suspect are the least famous:
Both by a Garage Band called Corporeal:
The Halo Theme:
Floodgate:
Most Famous:
Use Somebody by Kings of Leon
