A bizarre fundraising email for President Donald Trump threatened to sic ICE on MAGA donors who do not respond to a survey confirming they are American citizens. The latest appeal for money from the Never Surrender, Inc PAC was sent this week with the subject line “Are you an illegal alien?” It has been slammed as outlandish, even by political fundraising email standards.

Love how much this email looks and sounds like a generated way to steal people’s personal information to scam them out of money. Not on the nose at all.
They sent shit like this all the time. This is a perfectly normal email from the Trump campaign and MAGA people get hundreds of things like this every day. Every single one of them is a scam, including this one. Trump isn’t running for office, this isn’t a campaign message. Its literally him extorting money paid to him as a private citizen using his role as president to threaten people.

For example. Imagine if the county animal control boss sent you an email that said that you need to transfer money to his personal bank account or he is going to send some guys to your house to take your dogs. That is literally what Trump is doing here, but somehow its not illegal because its Trump doing it.
That’s criminally unserious.
He’s been doing since his first term. That’s part of how he gets so much money from the office.
What I’ve meant is going for donation email scam is laughable while being the pres and having no legal boundaries on real, massive corruption schemes. It is not uncaracteristic of him and his people, but it’s the billionaire’s version of ordering a fake coin trinket to never return the shop cart. I want to see it as a measurement to what these guys are, with their frame of thinking still being that small these petty little frauds are their character limit.
I hope that if his supporters feel fear from this, they’ll have some Introspection that he’ll turn on even the people supporting him. Just like Hitler, no one is immune from turning against by the great dictator, the inner circle continues to get smaller and smaller until its just the dictator…
All they ever feel is fear. Never introspection.

HIs supporters are afraid literally all the time, its the thing that keeps them engaged. They have 24/7 fear bait media coming in from all sides all the time. Fear and anger are all they can feel. This is no different, its the only thing they respond to at this point.
But they fear all the wrong things.
They fear exactly what they are told to fear by people who profit from them being afraid.
🤷♂️ here’s to hoping it wakes some people up when the fear is about the very person they voted for and gave money to, not from liberals, trans people, homeless, etc etc. The nefarious “others”. Their guy is the one making them feel fear now. Not from others but from him directly.
