It’s heartwarming to see him so desperate as the leopards circled, waiting to feast on the carrion. A skinny, dilapidated, diseased old corpse.

He did get help from Trump. Trump got the Insurance company to approve some experimental treatment that they were giving him the runaround for. Ultimately, he still died, but Trump did help him.

Which points at the bigger glaring issue that insurance companies will deny you healthcare unless, you are mildly famous and on good terms with the President of the United State

He begged and pleaded for help and the party of empathy smiled at him to his grave.

    People suck.

Trump caring about you is pay-to-play. And had he gotten serious about treating his cancer (not ivermectin), this might not have been necessary.

He’s not a good guy, and I have issues believing his version of the story.

But if this is true we should be concerned. No one should die because of ineffective medical treatment and this is showing the further decline of our medical system.

Although if someone is to die from inadequate medical care, I won’t complain that it was him. I suppose that’s the point of the community after all

      we should be concerned

My brother in Christ, this concern started many, many years ago. What do you think was happening before “Obamacare”??

You’re right, maybe I should have said outraged or afraid.

I guess it just feels like our system is reaching that toppling point

For fucks sake you give me the adjective you want then

I don’t like the way things are. They have me worried our system is on the edge of collapse. Honestly the collapse has already started. Do you prefer pissed and terrified?

            Does this work better: 🙃🙃🫠🫠🫠😡😡😡😡

It’s not about adjectives. It’s about timing. Everything you say we “must be X or Y about”? People have been feeling that way since before Obama, because before Obama’s administration, the healthcare system (or insurance companies, I dunno) were royally fucking over tons of Americans regardless of political affiliation.

My, precious, sweet brother in christmas. The moment for realising the healthcare system of the states is the most hellish on the planet was twenty years ago. Your contrymen does not want health to be sure they have clearly stated many times that the lobby industry is more important.

That was exactly my point and I’m glad you explained it to him.

We’re waaaay past the point of realization and adjectives.

I thought the amazing US healthcare system didn’t have waiting lists for cancer treatment if you had money, are you telling me that you can be a multimillionaire and still not get decent treatment?

I mean, the ultra-rich tend to be entirely insulated from facts and surrounded by sycophants, which often means that they get caught flat-footed by stuff like cancer. Look no further than Steve Jobs who died from a treatable form of cancer through sheer obtuseness

iirc he was a “fruitarian” for a long time before the cancer, but I think he did believe it would heal him. Or something, I don’t remember. Also he thought he didn’t stink if he didn’t shower. And all the sycophants around him enabled his stank.

He tried it in college. Gave up. Started again after diagnosis. Refused chemo and radiotherapy which could’ve helped as he went into remission several times, but probably needed the rejected therapies to stick.

He is missing the step where you pay millions of dollars to attend a formal dinner with Trump, or buy millions worth of his shitcoin. Not that the insurer would listen to Trump, but that is how you get favors from him, he does it out in the open.
