Even though the president and his team insist they’ll open their wallet soon, frustrations are growing as Republicans try to maintain control of Congress despite headwinds partially of Trump’s own creation. While the president remains the party’s best asset in turning out its base, he is historically unpopular, with low marks on his handling of the economy and the ongoing war in Iran that most Americans say was not worth fighting.

I don’t think the president used any of his 800 million dollar was it fundraise to stop the steal in 2020, and the money went personally to him not a group.
Refusal to certify doesn’t really do much.
If they control congress it does because then they can disregard the vote and decide it by a vote of the states, each state gets one vote. It’s one thing they tried last year in conjunction with their althernate electors (which was successfully used to steal the election of 1876,) and all the rest of their bullshit.
Controlling congress would allow them to not certify/challenge the vote totals, or not recognized non certified state vote totals, and throw it to that one state one vote backup plan, that is in the constitution. Republicans control over 30 states.
